This was such a success that I decided to update my patio & driveways which were sadly in needs of attention. In 2009 storm damage necessitated rebuilding the back stairs & front veranda with adjacent railings & gates. The following year, after another severe winter, the entire house was taken back to the brick work & re-roughcast & the old garage demolished & rebuilt.
